Salmon | 150g |
Lemongrass Dressing | 1 bottle |
Garlic | 1 clove |
Shallots | 2 pieces |
Red chillies | 2 pieces |
Lemongrass | 2 stems |
Basil leaves | 1 bunch |
Mint leaves | 1 bunch |
Fresh coriander | 1 bunch |
Mince the vegetables
Mince all the herbs and spices finely.
Slice the salmon
Cut the salmon into thin slices.
Add the dressing
Place salmon slices into small serving cups or bowls. Lather 1 tsp of lemongrass dressing over each serving.
Garnish with fresh herbs
Garnish each serving with the minced herbs and spices.
